Dear Skyhigh Security Customers,
Beginning April 12, 2024, the email process for submitting suspected malware (false negative or false positive) is transitioning from McAfee Labs to the Trellix Advanced Research Center.
As of today, Skyhigh Security and Trellix customers using the email submission process for suspected malware will need to begin submitting to the new Trellix email addresses.
